Extended-runtime battery modules for Powerware UPS

External battery modules are available for Powerware UPS, lengthening runtime where a few minutes is not enough — for example to ride through longer outages or bridge to a generator.

Modules add battery capacity without changing the UPS, and on larger systems they support hot-swap so batteries can be replaced without dropping the load.
